Occult USA: Process Church events coming to the East Coast and Pacific NW!

Last month in Los Angeles, to celebrate the release of the new Feral House book LOVE SEX FEAR DEATH, The Process Church Sabbath Assembly Ritual and Salon event sold out two back-to-back shows at the Silent Movie Theater.

Some folks thought it was mind blowing. Others wanted to join. Some fell in love with the music. A few were very upset by the whole thing and walked out mid-ritual! Read about it here.

The Process Church LOVE SEX FEAR DEATH and Sabbath Assembly Ritual and Salon events are headed to the East Coast and Pacific Northwest next:

A talk and slide show with Timothy Wyllie and Adam Parfrey
and a live performance by the Sabbath Assembly Band

10/4 New York City
at the Anthology Film Archives
Sabbath Assembly Ritual and Salon with Timothy Wyllie, Adam Parfrey, the Sabbath Assembly Band, and Genesis Breyer P-Orridge performing as the Sacrifist!

More about the LA event....

Attendees at the event witnessed (or participated in, if they so chose!) a re-creation of an original Process Church ritual service featuring Maja D'Aoust as the evangelist and Sammy N., an original Process Church minister, as the Sacrifist.

Beautiful and haunting renditions of original Process Church hymns were performed throughout the service by the Sabbath Assembly Band.

We also saw a sneak preview of the documentary on the Process Church currently in production and directed by William Morrison, followed by a talk by LOVE SEX FEAR DEATH author and founding Process Church member Timothy Wyllie, and then a Q&A with Wyllie and the book's editor (and Feral House publisher/Process Media co-founder) Adam Parfrey.

Afterwards, author Wyllie met with fans and signed a truckload of books.
